Our ” Leadership and authority 3A® ” training program is based on over 30 years of research and hands-on experience working with leaders. Who is our training for?
Our training is for professionals, supervisors, middle managers and executives who have roles of authority or who act as consultants within an organization. Our clients come from a variety of sectors: manufacturing, distribution centers, health and social service organizations, community and economic development organizations, municipal and public services.
The model that is taught is also greatly valued by internal and external consultants who tell us that the training has allowed them to multiply the effectiveness and relevance of their activities, specially in the context of coaching and mentoring.

Our training can be given to groups of 4 to 30 people, by one or several instructors, depending on the size of the group. It can take place right in your business or in specially equipped classrooms. Our instructors can provide training in French or English throughout Québec and Canada.
