What are the attitudes at play regarding security, quality, systematisation of information, bullying? Are your people looking for the culprit or the problem\/cause? Do they value clients or \"my\" service? Are your teams of specialists working in silos instead of collaborating? Is the configuration of roles functional or not? Are directors working at the manager\u2019s level (then who is doing the employees\u2019 work)?<\/span><\/p>\n

Learn to focus and to act on the systems and mindsets: when facing a situation, discern when the mindset, values, culture or dynamics need to be addressed.
