The 3A Leadership (level1)

Choose the right approach, with the right person, at the right time.

The Leadership 3ATM approach helps you choose an approach adapted to the individuals you work with/supervise, and specific problems. It helps you to know when and how to provide the direction to follow with Alignments, put people in situations where they will develop trust with Assurance, and help them become the owner of the situation with Activation. The concepts are quite simple! And very powerfull to help empowerment.

Each « A » has advantages and drawbacks. Learn how to master them and when use them or not : you will multiply your leadership by 3A’s!

The 3A Team Leadership (level 2)

When facing an event, discern Who to focus upon : the Individual or the Team?

Learn to gain a team impact in decoding the team level issues. Then, learn to select the 3A’s at the right level. Give Alignment to the team, provide Assurance to your team or facilitate Activation of all the group.

It is more important to determine Who to intervene upon than to run after everyone.

The 3A Method Leadership (level 2)

When facing an event, discern What to focus upon : the Content or the Method?

The situation has a tendency to repeat itself? Learn how to focus on the Method Level and gain immediate 3A Leadership. Decode the Method issues in every situation and use your 3A’s at the right level. Give Alignment on the method, provide Assurance or facilitate Activation. To work on methods is more powerfull than to address simples contents.

It's more important to know when and where to intervene than to search the best words.

The 3A System Leadership Level 3

Learn to focus and to act on the systems and mindsets.

What are the attitudes at play regarding security, quality, systematisation of information, bullying? Are your people looking for the culprit or the problem/cause? Do they value clients or "my" service? Are your teams of specialists working in silos instead of collaborating? Is the configuration of roles functional or not? Are directors working at the manager’s level (then who is doing the employees’ work)?

Learn to focus and to act on the systems and mindsets: when facing a situation, discern when the mindset, values, culture or dynamics need to be addressed. Adopt the desired values and mindset and lead the real game. Use your 3A’s on the specific aspect of the system you need to change. Use concrete actions and be coherent with the new system!
