    The stage is set right away: you are to manage a virtual team. The events you face, the way you react to them and the feedback you receive will teach you to master the skills and concepts the training is based on.

    Through the simulation, you will obtain feedback from : the character's reactions; the events in your journey (you have to compose with the consequences of your decisions!); the map and the score; the mentor (who will help you understand what has just happened and give you clues on how you should proceed); and the charts.

    In addition to the feedback you will receive from the mentor after each decision, you will benefit from the support of the trainer and comments from your training group who will both give you personalized feedback on your leadership impact.

    You can start with theory or by tackling the simulation challenges first. You can choose between "training mode" and "achievement mode". You may take advantage of the Mentor's explanations and advice as you play, or you can decide to see what you're made of first. You can pause the simulation to go back and see what you failed to notice the first time, or to review fundamental concepts as needed. And if you already possess the game's underlying skills, you can move quickly through the scenes until you reach an event that challenges you.

    No need to learn and remember a long series of concepts before you start, "just in case" you might need them. The concepts are refined to the essentials. You take action, you deepen concepts when they become necessary, and you apply them right away.

A program that also fulfills the expectations of managers

Training providing an opportunity for the supervisor to discuss skills already mastered and those to be perfected. Through the 3ATM Skills Questionnaire, the manager and participant can agree on priority training goals before the training. The trainer subsequently determines his or her interventions with these goals in mind. After the training, the manager and the participant can evaluate the knowledge acquired with input from the trainer during an interview with the three individuals involved. This also provides an opportunity to draw up an action plan for future progress.
