Welcome to Climate Inc., a company that has a real impact on the climate! Thanks to the modulated song of criquets (industrial secret!), the company succeeds in transforming climatic conditions. However, the managers and their teams make mistakes that have negative consequences on the population. Your goal : Use your leadership effectively to turn the situation around!

Meet your team

This is your first formal meeting with your staff. You are Alex Newcome, a newly hired director.
Start by watching the first scene (a female voice represents you in this scene):

How do you analyse the situation? What is your perception of every character? What would be your first formal move?

Will you achieve the desired impact? And what will be the next steps to successfully mobilize your team and get them to work together?

 

Use your leadership wisely

Your journey within the organization will depend on your choice of action and your ability to effectively use your leadership with the members of your team. For each situation encountered, “Climate inc” will offer you several leadership options. If you miss your entry or an approach along the way, you will have to deal with the consequences throughout the simulation! And be careful! If the President calls you into her office, that’s not necessarily a good sign…

 

Learn from your impact

Each decision is made with the other participants. Learn from each other’s vision and experience. Then, be prepared to receive feed-back on your leadership’s impact from the game, from the participants group and from the trainer!
